San Miguel is made for wandering. Stroll the cobblestone streets, pop into shops and galleries, and follow whatever catches your eye. The jardín is the heart of town and a great place to people-watch, grab a coffee, or take it all in.

Eat, Drink & Linger

the food scene here is so good. from casual tacos, to memorable meals, san miguel does not disappoint. make a few reservations if you have any places you're dying to try, but leave rom for spontaneous stops too!

Art, Color & Shopping

San Miguel is an artist’s town, and you’ll feel it everywhere. Check out local galleries, artisan markets, and handmade ceramics and textiles. If you find something you love, buy it. You probably won’t see it again.

If you have a little extra time

Lucky you. If you’re extending your trip, San Miguel has plenty to fill a few extra days at an easy pace. Treat yourself to a spa day or visit nearby hot springs, take a cooking class, or book a guided tour to learn more about the city and its history. You could also explore nearby towns, go horseback riding, or simply enjoy long breakfasts and unhurried afternoons around town.
